If you are paying with a check, please complete our registration form until the point where you reach the "Review and Confirm" page, where you will need to click on the "Pay Online" link. When you reach the PayPal page, click on the link at the bottom of the page to "Cancel and Return to OHAAA." This will submit your application. We will list your membership as "pending" until we receive payment, at which point we will update your membership records. Please send your payment to the Treasurer listed under the Contact page. If you also need an invoice and/or a W-9, please email our Treasurer at firstname.lastname@example.org for that information.
